If a guest pays cash and is staying for 7 nights, the funds will be refunded into their nominated bank account within 14 days of departure, subject to the unit s inventory being checked by the Housekeeper via Head Office electronic funds transfer. 2. If the guest pays cash and is staying for 2-3 nights, the key breakage deposit will be held in the safe and refunded to the guest on departure, subject to the unit s inventory being checked by the Housekeeper which usually takes between 10 15 minutes. 4. If the guest pays cash and is staying for 2 3 nights, and departs prior to reception being opened in the morning, the funds will be refunded into their nominated bank account within 14 days of departure, subject to the unit s inventory being checked by the Housekeeper 5. If the guest pays with a debit card or a credit card, the funds are banked and key breakage deposit refunds will be returned to the guest within 14 days of departure (at the very latest) as per Company policy via our Head Office
